Vouchers, Coupons, Promotions & Competitions
Sought After Seedlings reserves the right to withdraw any and all discount vouchers, promotional offers or discount bundles issued by Sought After Seedlings without any prior notice or compensation offered. The vouchers do not carry a cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to suspend your account or voucher should we suspect fraudulent activity. Sought After Seedlings’ decisions are final and no negotiation will be entered into.Any prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash:(a)The address provided by the participant will be deemed as the correct address for delivery of the prize(b) There may be no exchanges(c) Sought After Seedlings cannot be held responsible for parcels sent by courier or any other postal service should non-delivery occur(d) Prizes will be applicable to the season and may not be exactly as the prize picture but will be for the same value.

Delivery Time
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Sought After Seedlings will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this Web site. Should a delivery address not be relocatable, following reasonable investigation, Sought After Seedlings reserves the right to make alternate arrangements with the recipient to ensure delivery of the goods and any additional costs incurred resultant from this shall be for the account of the purchaser.
Shipping
When orders are placed on a weekend or public holiday the order will be processed on the next working day.
Same day deliveries are not guaranteed. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated and received before 09H30 hours.
Please note that an order is only confirmed once payment is received within 3 days of placing the order.
By entry of delivery address information, the purchaser warrants the correctness of the information entered and that no additional information is required to effect delivery in the normal course. Dispatch of the goods by Sought After Seedlings is considered effective delivery and the passing of title and risk to the purchaser.
Undeliverable Packages
In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, the delivering outlet can leave the product with a neighbor/co-worker/leave a calling card/leave a voice message or coordinate with the recipient to re-attempt delivery – depending on what is most applicable in the circumstances.
Should delivery directly to the recipient at the given address be prohibited for whatever reason, for example but not limited to, delivery to hospitals, hotels and business addresses, delivery of the goods to the main reception is considered effective delivery.
Sought After Seedlings cannot be held responsible for unpunctual and/or non delivery by our service providers.
Parcels and their contents returned to Sought After Seedlings due to non-collection by the Purchaser from the Post Office, and not reclaimed by paying for the re-postage of said parcel and contents within 30 days of being notified, the parcel and its contents therein will be returned to our stock for resale.
Order Processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
When orders are placed on a weekend or public holiday the order will be processed on the next working day.
Orders sent by courier will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm. Any specific delivery times requested on an order form cannot be guaranteed.
Orders sent via the South African Post Office are sent with tracking and insurance.
Refunds/Returns Policy
In the event that we are unable to supply the product ordered or any substitute product, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not deliver the goods. Delivery delays due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or an act of terror is not a cause for refund or replacement. In the case of a complaint, Sought After Seedlings and its affiliates reserves the right to refund or replace depending on the circumstances, provided that the complaint was reported with 24 hours from 5pm on the requested delivery date. Complaints must be accompanied by an email containing a photograph of the product which is the source of the complaint.
Returns only with packaging in the original condition i.e. undamaged and unopened.
Sought After Seedlings will not bear any costs whatsoever relating to goods returned at the option of the Purchaser.

Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Sought After Seedlings endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and delivery charges (on the day of shipping).
Sought After Seedlings reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Credit Card
We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online in the ‘Your Account’ section available for use whenever you’re ready to complete the payment process.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Upon proceeding to “Checkout” and following the order processing instructions, select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Sought After Seedlings as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
Direct Deposit
You may pay for your products through a direct deposit by physical attendance at your bank to effect payment. Direct Cash Deposits will attract an additional fee of R10.00 to be included in the total deposit prior to seed/parcel dispatch. Please email proof of payment to us at sales@soughtafterseedlings.co.za, to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.

Onwards Sale of Products
Onward sale of Franchi Sementi Seeds is prohibited by law, other then in the original packaging and trade dress.
Onward resale of Franchi Sementi Seeds is in accordance with a registered retailer agreement with Sought After Seedlings or with express permission granted in writing.
Security Policy
Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Virtual Card Services (VCS) to obtain confidential information.
- VCS is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. VCS Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

The purchaser agrees to first use our complaints handling procedure to try to resolve complaints when they first arise and that any complaints pertaining to an order will be reported within 24 hours from 5pm on the requested delivery date.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Updating of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Web site. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Web site for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Web site following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
Consent
I understand that all the designs and trademarks, as applicable, are registered to Sought After Seedlings and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Sought After Seedlings for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
