In the event that we are unable to supply the product ordered or any substitute product, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not deliver the goods.
Delivery delays due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or an act of terror is not a cause for refund or replacement. In the case of a complaint, Sought After Seedlings and its affiliates reserves the right to refund or replace depending on the circumstances, provided that the complaint was reported with 24 hours from 5pm on the requested delivery date. Complaints must be accompanied by an email containing a photograph of the product which is the source of the complaint.
Returns only with packaging in the original condition
i.e. undamaged and unopened.
Sought After Seedlings will not bear any costs whatsoever relating to goods returned at the option of the Purchaser.
