Terms & Conditions for Courses
Course attendance, payment and cancellation policy:
Other than an immediate credit payment to secure a booking for attendance at a course, remittance must be made in full within three days of receipt of an invoice.
We understand that sometimes our best intentions and plans need to be changed, so we are here to assist you should the unfortunate occur. As we have limited space on our courses, please give someone else the opportunity to enjoy a learning session with us by cancelling your attendance should the need arise, terms for cancellations are set out below:
- Cancellation of attendance more than 21 days prior to the course date shall entitle the attendee to a full payment refund;
- Cancellation of attendance 14-20 days prior to the course date shall entitle the attendee to a 70% payment refund;
- Cancellation of attendance 11-13 days prior to the course date shall entitle the attendee to a 50% payment refund;
- Cancellation of attendance 0 to 10 days prior to the course date shall result in forfeiture of all attendance monies paid.
Sought After Seedlings, its members, agents and representatives reserve the right to cancel any course at anytime and at their sole discretion. Course attendance is at the sole risk of any attendee, South After Seedlings, its members, agents and representatives will not be responsible for any damage caused by anything whatsoever.
